
ORDER POLICES
We Kindly request that all orders be faxed or e-mailed 24 hours prior to requested delivery time.
All last minute requests and/or changes should be placed 4 hours prior to requested delivery time, with the understanding that menu options will be limited, based on product availability.
DELIVERY FEES
Our delivery rates vary depending upon the airport and delivery hours required. Please speak with your Board Room Catering Representative.
CANCELLATION POLICY
(1) Orders cancelled with 24 hour notice or more will result in NO cancellation charge
(2) Order cancelled within 12 – 24 hours will result in a 50 % cancellation charge
(3) Orders cancelled with 12 hour notice or less will be charged in full
ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT
(1) Credit Card to include VISA and/or MasterCard
(2) Cheque (in which a business credit account will be set-up)
(3) Bank Wire, Please inquire for instructions
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due immediately upon receipt of final invoice, unless prior written arrangements have been made. All unpaid invoices exceeding Net 30 days from the date of your event are subject to interest charged at 1.5% per month
